• 750g beef sirloin steak, 2cm cubes
• 2 tbsp oyster sauce
• 1 tbsp fish sauce
• 1 tbsp caster sugar
• 4 garlic cloves, crushed
• 2 tsp sesame oil
• 2 tbsp peanut oil
• 1 bunch watercress, trimmed
• 2 tomatoes, roughly chopped
• steamed rice, lime wedges, to serve
