SIX WAYS TO HOT LEGS

. Walking, running and cycling are all fabulous for your legs. Work them into your daily routine by ‘active commuting’ – eschewing the car, bus or train and getting to work at least partly under your own steam. . If you can't get out for a brisk walk or run, try the boxer's cardiovascular exercise of choice: skipping. It's great for your hips and bum as well . Give a ballet class a try. It's fantastic for elongating and streamlining the lower body, as well as challenging your core. . Legs look better when they're bronzed – just remember to exfoliate before you slap on the fake tan. . Minimise cellulite by avoiding processed and fatty foods and eating more antioxidant-rich fruit and vegetables and good fats from nuts and oily fish. . Moisturise your legs every day using either a lotion or body oil, as soft, nourished skin will give legs a glow.
