GETTING SERIOUS

Modern mobile phones are, for the most, part pretty incredible cameras as well. Indeed, I still can’t quite believe the technology that is rammed into these things we all carry around with us. Any camera is better than no camera at all, and while I would say that there are a huge amount of awful photos shot around the world every single day, some good photographers are doing some amazing work with mobile phones. What if you want complete control though? What if you want to work with different focal lengths, f-stops, ISOs and so on? Some of you here are going to want to take your fishing photography beyond what a mobile phone can do, so let’s dial down into what we can do and some of the gear we might need.
