PICTURE PERFECT

Surrounded by trees and sandstone, Studio Bokeh showcases the work of Nikkola Berrington who has captured many beautiful images from Australia and around the world.

She loves to photograph the beauty of nature around her, in all its forms.

She is drawn to rich ochres, vibrant colours, and the striking lure of black and white. Her images show colours and textures through her unique perspective helping the onlooker to appreciate their existence in the cycle of life, death and decay of the natural world and its innate objects.

It was the chance to make art without making a mess that captured the heart of this Hawkesbury photographer.

Blue Mountains Life magazine sat down with Nikkola to see what she has been doing during the past few years and what projects are coming
