Formerly a fringe space dominated by artists looking for more control over their work, the events of by digital artist Krista Kim, sold for the handsome sum of more than A$700,000; , a collection of NFTs comprising of nine moving images with surreal furniture by digital artist Alexis Christodoulou was sold for over A$500,000; and artist Andrés Reisinger’s digitally rendered chair, Hortensia, was minted as an NFT and later turned into a line of real-life chairs currently for sale by the brand Moooi.
