Q My ZS 180 suffers with oil leaking from the n/s drive shaft oil seal. I purchased it at 45,000 miles. The seal was replaced twice by a former MG Rover dealer with no success. I believe that they sourced the seals from Rimmers. The gearbox vent is not blocked.
I also have a ZR 160 (55,000 miles) and a Rover Coupé 1.8 VVC (78,000miles) with the same gearbox, neither of which leaks. In addition to seal
