We were sad to hear of the death of Geoffrey Iley, one of the last remaining MG and BMC management figures from the heydays of the fifties and sixties. Still going strong in his nineties, it was remarkable to appreciate that Geoffrey was born around the time that Cecil Kimber’s first MG Midget also made its first appearance.
