I would like some advice regarding the gearbox on my MG TF 160. It is a 2002 model with 58,000 miles showing. I decided it was time to change the oil as intervals are (I believe) 60,000 miles. I obtained the correct Rover MTF 94 from Rimmer Bros and changed it. Then Covid came along and the car was not used for approximately 18 months. When I did come to use it, to go to a local MG meet, I found that, after around three or four miles and on the motorway, it developed a very loud whine. I have assumed it
