Mornings are a great time to exercise, and can really set you up for a healthy and energised day ahead. The following yoga-based moves will stretch out your entire body, leaving you refreshed, revitalised and ready for anything.

Many of us are so time-pressed, an extra half hour under the duvet may seem more appealing than an exercise session. But you’ll feel really pleased with yourself if you make the effort – you’ll be more alert, more supple and have much more energy to see you through the day. By stretching and challenging your entire body, you’ll soon feel a lot fitter and stronger too.

A great tip is to get your clothes and kit ready the night before so there are no excuses when the alarm goes off! A flask of hot water
