I HOPE that by the time you read this, your season on the show bench has been a roaring success and you are now busy preparing your birdrooms and birds for the breeding season ahead. I'm aware that some of our top breeders have started their breeding season early, choosing to capture the last of the summer weather instead of chasing the ring-issue date, suffering the harsh November mornings and the mad rush over Christinas.
