Olive, parmesan and thyme breadsticks

BAKING 20 minutes

These are large breadsticks, but even if you are not going to eat them all in one sitting you can still make a full batch and freeze half of them for your next lunch.

● 500g strong white bread flour, plus extra for dusting● 10g salt● 10g dried active yeast● 350ml
