GB News presenter Eamonn, 62, lives in Surrey with wife Ruth Langsford and their dog, Maggie.

WAKE UP On a GB News day, the alarm goes off at 2.30am. I’ll get showered and dressed, ready to leave at 3.30am.

MORNING I never drink coffee and rarely drink tea, so I leave on an empty stomach. I listen to the news in the car before arriving at the studio at 4.30am, where we’ll have a chat about the show’s agenda.
