Also, a hopeful photographer. Food, cooking and writing have been important in her life for both leisure and work. Julie has worked in several countries in the hospitality, entertainment, publishing and teaching fields.Julie is passionate about theatre and all the arts. She collects vintage cookbooks and has dipped into them to unearth recipes for this book.Julie retired recently from employment as a cultural officer and shares her home with Tiggomy - a very large, opinionated ginger cat.view less
