Pulling on my helmet, I jumped on to my push bike, ready for my daily commute to work. Twenty miles to and from south London.
And on weekends, I loved nothing more than a leisurely ride to Hampstead Heath, taking in the views and fresh air.
Being on my bicycle was a part of me.
My dad had taught me to ride as soon as I’d started walking and it’d been my favourite hobby ever since. I loved the freedom, the wind in my face.
