IRISH CREAM

The Irish road racing season came to a premature end last month when a disgruntled member of the public sabotaged the Mid-Antrim 150 track during the early hours of race-day morning. Reportedly ups et at the organiser’s decision not to cancel the event out of respect for Queen Elizabeth II who had died 24 hours earlier, the perpetrators scattered quantities of glass, nails and diesel across the public circuit, causing the final meeting of the year to be abandoned.
