ADRIAN HUERTAS (Aruba.IT Ducati) came through to win the opening race from Superpole winner Stefano Manzi (Ten Kate Yamaha) as they both finally overhauled long-time leader on wet tyres Valentin Debise (Evan Bros. WorldSSP). Wet to start, dry to finish, it was a race of many parts and with lots of it involving tyre choices.
