Layer up this delish no-bake twist on the kids’ party food fave!

2 × 165g pkt Arnott's Tim Tam White biscuits
 35g (⅓ cup) desiccated coconut
 100g butter, melted, cooled
 395g can sweetened condensed milk
 125ml (½ cup) fresh lemon juice
 160ml(⅔ cup) boiling water
 2 tsp gelatine powder
 30g (¼ cup) bright sprinkles, plus extra, to decorate

jelly topping

85g pkt Aeroplane Creaming Soda
 Flavoured Jelly crystals
 250ml (1 cup) boiling water
 125ml (½ cup) cold water

1 Grease an 18 × 28cm slice pan. Line base and sides with baking paper, allowing paper to overhang 2cm above sides.

Place the biscuits and coconut in a food processor. Process until finely crushed.
