Marinated Beef and Capsicum Skewers

■ 2 tblsps Harissa Middle Eastern Spice Blend
■ 800g thick-cut beef sirloin steaks, trimmed
■ 1 red onion
■ 1 yellow capsicum
■ 1 red capsicum
■ 8 metal skewers
■ Mixed salad leaves, to serve DRESSING
■ ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
■ 2 tblsps lemon juice
■ 2 tblsps chopped fresh oregano, plus extra to garnish
■ 1 clove garlic, crushed
■ 1 tsp honey
