NEW HOME WANTED!

Dear Editor

This is a rather unusual enquiry but I just wonder if any Old Glory readers would have an interest in a unique set of 19 very large oil paintings by the renowned steam specialist artist David Weston (see Wikipedia).

These 19 paintings were commissioned by a wealthy traction engine enthusiast some years ago and then acquired by my late brother-in-law. The executors of his will and family have no specific interest in the subject and therefore wish to pass them on to an enthusiast with wall space!

Each painting is 48” x 65” and the attached pictures show what the paintings depict.

The paintings are in storage near Leicester and will not be expensive to purchase.
