esigner Laura Miller Mlinarich of created this room with a playful palette so her teenage client could channel her inner Parisienne. “While this 1970s Naples condo was transformed to meet her parents’ modern taste, their daughter’s space called for a pop of romanticism and cheerfulness,” Miller Mlinarich says. “We chose bright linen bedding embellished with crewel embroidery, an ancient hand-stitching technique that has also endured the test of time. When a place is made for one person to enjoy, it reflects their personality well. This room does the trick for a sweet, optimistic, and not-soserious sophisticate.”
