CANCER IS MY TEACHER

THERE are many things that a person could feel lucky about – and finding out you have cancer definitely isn’t one of them. Yet this is exactly how Jane Fonda feels about her recent diagnosis.

“This is a very treatable cancer, 80% of people survive, so I feel very lucky,” the Grace and Frankie star wrote in an Instagram post. She shared she’d been diagnosed with non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, a type of cancer that begins in the lymphatic system, a part of the body’s immune system dedicated to fighting germs.
