Anna Janiec, who moved to New Zealand from Poland 20 years ago, has spent time in fine dining kitchens cooking all sorts of food. But far away from her home country, she found herself dreaming of traditional kiełbasa. “I craved it so badly over the years that I made my own,” she explains.
