Getting lost in our stitching really seems to help us cope with the craziness going on in the world. I stitch with my daughter and my mom quite often and these are such special times and memories. Bringing needle to thread and thread to fabric creates such a calm and really helps us get lost in our creative world and brings comfort during challenging times. It is so true that our souls are fed with needle and thread.
