These are frozen peas in stealth mode – no one will know the veges are in there unless you tell them.
Frozen pea brownies
In this wholesome treat, frozen peas are whizzed up with chocolate and LSA (a blend of ground linseeds, sunflower seeds and almonds). Makes about 15 small brownies
1½ cups frozen peas
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
¼ cup tightly packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon salt 3
