INTRODUCTION

LAST year saw the successful return of our major calendar event at Stafford County Showground, in the form of the National Exhibition, after the ravages of the Covid-19 pandemic.

It was very much a rushed job, as the decision to go ahead was not confirmed until July of that year. However, thanks to the hard work of Les Rance and the Parrot Society office staff, as well as all our traders, exhibitors and volunteers, the show went ahead very well, and birdkeepers were grateful to be able once more to meet up to buy, sell or exchange surplus stock, and to exhibit show birds.
