INTRODUCTION

AT LONG LAST, we are able once again to mount an event at Stafford County Showground, and it will be the biggest in the Parrot Society UK’s regular calendar: The National Exhibition 2021, on Sunday October 3. The Covid-19 pandemic has disrupted our lives and our social calendars for well over 18 months now, but hopefully now we will be getting back to normal.

Our secretary, Les Rance, has written below a comprehensive review of the problems we have faced in arranging the event in the less-than-usual timescale, since we had to wait until July before we could be sure it would go ahead.
