    n American man who has collected Sonic the Hedgehog memorabilia for 30 years has scored a Guinness World Record. Barry Evans, from Texas, revealed his official tally of 3,050 items all featuring the gaming hero. In 1992, Evans purchased his first video game - a copy of Sonic the Hedgehog 2 for Sega Genesis and has been a fan of the character ever since. His collection continued to expand with Evans saying, “I saw a poster and more toys, and I just started decorating my room with it...
