You’re-a-star sarnies

■ Serves 1 Prep 15 mins ■ No cook

Use a star-shaped cutter to stamp out three bread stars from each of 2 slices wholemeal bread (freeze off-cuts to make breadcrumbs). Swirl 1 tsp red pesto through ½ tbsp cream cheese and spread onto one side of each of the stars. Sandwich together, then wrap and keep chilled.

Fruity sundae

■ Serves 1 Prep 10 mins ■ No cook VEGITARIAN

Dollop 80ml natural yogurt into a container and swirl through 25g pureed strawberries. Top with mixed berries.

BLT pasta salad

25g pasta bows
2 cooked crispy bacon rashers, broken into pieces
15g spinach, chopped
6 cherry tomatoes, halved
½ tbsp crème fraiche
¼ tsp wholegrain mustard
