You will need about 4 medium (800g) overripe bananas for this recipe. These cookies will last up to 3 days in an airtight container at room temperature, or freeze for up to 2 months.

You will need approximately 2½ large (575g) bananas or 3 medium (600g) bananas. For accuracy, peel the bananas then weigh. For the best banana flavour use just ripe bananas.
