2022 Mountain High: Vespa Alp Days

In the past Vespa Alp Days has attracted more than 1600 participants, the mixture of fantastic riding, stunning scenery and a packed schedule drawing Vespisti from across Europe to the small Austrian town of Zell am See.

We arrived at the check-in point in Zell am See on Wednesday, after wending our way through Germany along the Rhine and Mosel rivers. However, the onset of a thunderstorm saw us abandon our place and head to our hotel on the opposite side of the lake with a plan to return first thing in the morning to collect our goody bag.

Thursday morning dawned dry if a little overcast. We enjoyed our breakfast with stunning lake views before getting on the scooters and making our way back over into Zell. The town of Zell
