Recovery is just as important as training in any sport and, in some cases, even more important. Sound crazy? Maybe, but it makes a lot of sense when you look deeper. Research and data suggest that quality training and recovery produce better results than quantity. Knowledge is power. Once you understand how and why this works, you can control what you do and how you do it.
