Revving up in Retirement

Retiring from the workforce in mid-2013 provided me with the valuable commodity of free time. I had always wished to recommence my long dormant capacity for sketching at some point and now, being time-rich, I was able to pick up my pencils again.

While I never received any formal art instruction, on reflection my natural interest in sketching is not surprising. At high school, my favourite subject was always technical drawing, in particular the perspective components.
