Hamachi Aguachile

SAUCE
INGREDIENTS
5 green apples
½ cilantro bunch
2 serrano peppers
2 limes, juice and zest
½ c. olive oil salt & pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
Blend everything together except the lime zest at first. Next, add the zest and serve.
DISH
INGREDIENTS
1 lb. Hamachi tuna
3 radishes, thin sliced
1 jicama, trimmed and sliced thin chopped cilantro to taste
DIRECTIONS
Thinly slice the yellow tail Hamachi tuna with a sharp knife.
