Speaking to Hannah Coffin it is clear, that for her, nothing happens by chance. From launching fashion brand Needle & Thread in 2013 – to finding her north London home after viewing 89 properties. “Trust me, that wasn’t really by choice,” she laughs. “We just couldn’t find what we wanted. At the time, the market was very competitive and houses were being snapped up the same day they went on the market. It was a bit of a painful search to be honest.”
Hannah and husband Mark, who is COO at Needle & Thread, finally found their Victorian terrace in north London five years ago. Conveniently, it is located near to her office and a park where they can walk their three-year-old son Teddy and Bonny, their puggle dog.
