LOST TREASURE

Dear Editor,

I’m trying to track down my dad’s old International 574, registration number SNT 566R. He started his agricultural contracting business with it many years ago. He’s suffering with ill health and we’d like to track it down with a view to buying it back. The last known location we know of it was at Morda near Oswestry. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

FARMING MEMORIES

Dear Editor,

Please find attached a picture of a Massey Harris 722 combine with small wheels. This was run by my father in the late 50s and 60s before being replaced by a 726 in the mid-60s. He then went on to run MF 780s, a MF788 and then a MF525. We still have the 525 which cuts 10 acres a year, but with the majority of the combining being done by a contractor.
