    Vodka cucumber lemonade

    Making your own lemonade lifts the flavour of this cocktail, but you can use shop-bought to make the recipe even quicker and easier.

    SERVES 6 PREP 12 mins EASY V

    170g golden granulated sugar
    6 large unwaxed lemons, juiced, plus extra lemon slices to serve
    2 organic medium cucumbers, chopped into cubes ice
    300ml vodka
    soda water, for topping up

    Mix the sugar with 180ml hot water
