Stephanie Browitt has gone through more in her 26 years than most do in a lifetime.
In December 2019, she suffered catastrophic burns to 70 per cent of her body when the White Island volcano in New Zealand erupted. Tragically, her dad Paul and sister Krystal lost their lives along with 20 other tourists during the natural disaster.
