These crispy Filipino lumpia are quicker to assemble than you might think, and cooking them in the air fryer is so much easier and cleaner than deep frying! They make great finger food for parties. Serve them with any dipping sauce you like.

Half pancake, half scone, Welsh cakes are traditionally cooked on a bakestone, but we’ve adapted them to a frying pan instead. This recipe is based on a family recipe from Dani’s mother-in-law, Sue.
