    As cashiers, when the wearing of masks started, we struggled to identify the customers we were familiar with in our store. In public, people who knew each other very well couldn’t recognise one another when they met.

    Now that we no longer have to wear masks, we’re starting all over again to familiarise ourselves with the faces of people we meet every day.

    As for the people we met for the first time during Covid-19 pandemic regulations, it’s like we’re seeing them for the first time now. I must say it’s exciting.
