Paella Western
During my three-week tour of Spain, I rode south from Bilbao through all sorts of terrain, visiting out-of-the-way places as well as one or two iconic locations. I took in several race circuits, a few vineyards and an endless number of beautiful villages, reaching Jerez before I turned the faithful Bulldog north and back towards Bilbao. It was a great trip, and here's a snapshot of just a couple of days in Aragon: from Pedrola south to Fuentes Calientes.

I was up early in Pedrola to catch the cool morning air, but I didn’t expect to be greeted by two armed police officers as soon as I opened the hotel door. No cause for alarm though – they were just heading into the café for breakfast, giving me a slap on the shoulder and a cheery ‘Buenos Dias
