✣200g (7oz) cherry
tomatoes
✣Sunflower oil cooking
spray
✣ 130g (4½oz) basmati rice
✣ 200g (7oz) red split lentils
✣ 1 onion, finely chopped
✣3cm (1¼in) piece root
ginger, grated
✣ 2 garlic cloves, crushed
✣ 1tsp ground turmeric
✣ 2tsp garam masala
✣ 2tsp cumin seeds
