MF 65 RESTORATION

The bonnet and front cowl on the Massey Ferguson 65 were in reasonable condition, however there were areas of them that needed attention. Someone had moved the headlamps from the sides to the top, an alteration that’s often made if a loader has been fitted. In this case, though, the lights were missing altogether and all that was left was the pair of oversized holes. So my solution was to weld-in some fresh sheet steel and then add a thin skim of filler to restore the correct smoothness and contour.
