    INSURANCE jargon can be confusing, so it’s not always easy to understand the ins and outs of how it works. Here we explain 12 common terms that will help you understand your policy better.

    1 PREMIUM LOADING

    This is an additional amount added to your premium for any increased risk factors you might have. For example, on a life-insurance policy you might be charged a premium loading if you take part in high-risk activities such as sky-diving.
