    After running his own Facebook page dedicated to fantastic Armandos Specials (or Armando’s, depending which sign, brochure or poster you read!), Nick noticed that there was a distinct lack of T5 versions out there. He decided to rectify this by building his very own take on one of the iconic machines of the 1980s.

    Those of you that bother to read my regular ramblings and not just look at the pictures, will probably have guessed a couple of things by now. I was a Mod of the 80s and will always be proud of how I began this scootering life that has continuously followed ever since; and I’m also a big fan of Dealer Special Vespa and Lambretta scooters from that time.

    For me, being a young Mod in that particular moment was brilliant; not fully understanding the rules of the movement and all its intricacies, but just loving every second
