Raspberry and Rhubarb Almond Crumble
Serves 6, Prep and Cook 1 hour
400g rhubarb stalks, trimmed, cut into 3cm lengths
2 ripe pears, peeled, cored, chopped
2 cups frozen raspberries
2 tsps vanilla extract
½ cup caster sugar
1 tblsp cornflour
Whipped cream, to serve
ALMOND CRUMBLE
¾ cup plain flour¹/ ³ cup75g unsalted butter, chopped²/ ³ cup natural sliced almonds
