A State of Cool
takes its name from the word “Tzababa,” which in Arabic which means “great” or “wonderful,” and it has come to define a state of being cool and chill, an attitude coming straight from the Levant countries that fit perfectly in Bali. Inspired by the cultural traditions of the Middle East, Sababa is praised for the freshness of its produce, spices and colors. The menu is made up of East Mediterranean along with a selection of cocktails and wines from the region’s vineyard. Desserts are just as delectable with options like savory cake and , a Levantine version of creamy milk pudding showered with strawberry sauce and pistachios.
