    She’s one of our most beloved actresses who lives to entertain her loyal audience, but Rebecca Gibney has dropped everything to focus on her own health and mental wellbeing.

    Recently, Rebecca revealed she’d spent a week enjoying some much-needed, and richly deserved, R&R at a wellness resort in Thailand.

    Taking to her Instagram, the star revealed she’d jetted off on the holiday feeling completely “burnt out”.

    “So a week ago I arrived in Thailand stressed, burnt out, and possibly dribbling after an exhausting few months,” Rebecca, 57, candidly posted.
