The summer of 1938, my brother-in-law, Avery, decided to take on the challenge of managing a fishing resort. Glendevy was near the high mountain lakes close to the Colorado-Wyoming border.
Avery asked my husband, Elden, and me to help him. The other employee was a cowboy named Buck.
