FINDING A STRONGHOLD
To locate a stronghold, use an eye of ender (crafted by combining an ender pearl and blaze powder). When used, the eye will float into the air, leaving a pinkish trail, before it either drops to the floor or shatters. Follow the direction of the trail, collect the eye (if possible), then throw one again to repeat the process. Eventually the eye will float in place over one spot – dig down here and you’ll reach the entrance to a stronghold.
