The challenges faced by agri-finance facilities across Africa

Aceli Africa, a financial facilitating company, recently released a working paper that examines how central bank policies in East African countries such as Kenya, Rwanda, Tanzania and Uganda affect lending to small-and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in agriculture.
